2020 Lake Memorial Run
Saturday, May 23, is our annual Memorial Run to honor our fellow Chapter members who have gone on before us. As we've done for the past few years, we'll meet at the Hopkins American Legion Post #320, located at 10 12th Ave S in Hopkins. While the American Legion is not open, we'll gather in its large parking lot.
We depart at 9:00 a.m. for a ride to Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, and then return to the Legion for a second departure at Noon to visit the rest of the cemeteries.
We have about a dozen stops on the run, ending at Lakeview Cemetery in Buffalo to pay our respects to beloved Lake Chapter president Steve "Circus Boy" Kreitlow.
While our normal refreshment stops are closed, we'll be stopping in Waconia at the home of Mike and Mary Berger for beverages about midway through the run.
Whether at 9:00 or at Noon, please join us on this very special event and help us remember those who have made Lake Chapter the special family that it is.

Lake Chapter 2019
Who we are
Lake Chapter is based in Wright County Minnesota. We don't care what you ride, A.B.A.T.E. is a group of individual motorcyclists united by the common interest of motorcycles. We are dedicated to supporting each other in our pursuit to ensure freedom of choice, freedom of the road and off the road. We are proud American freedom fighters and who demonstrate good citizenship through community involvement. We have riders training programs to ensure that our members have the best odds possible for riding the roads. Through our monthly chapter meetings, our monthly newsletter (The Road Noise), other functions, and A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota's national connection with other motorcycle riders organizations, we are able to keep our members aware of legislation that could adversely affect our freedoms as motorcyclists. All this and more, and lets not forget the camaraderie and woo hoo, the fun! A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota is a non-profit, non-partisan organization and needs your support to continue to protect our freedoms.
